Early October to Mid December harvesting of Arabica beans is conducted in Kontum, Vietnam. The drying process takes over 3 months and the temperature remains between 16 and 27 degrees Celsius. The growth takes place at an altitude of around 1200m to ensure the best qualities are extracted.

Red-brown soil in this region brings out the unique flavors and sweetness of the honey-roasted beans, including Bergamot, floral fruity, grapefruit, dark chocolate, honey, lemon jam, maple syrup, lychee, mandarin, peach, and honeydew.
